By using Treat, including the website and the Treat app, you agree to these Terms for discovering, sending, creating, selling, claiming, and redeeming digital gifts on the platform.
Use of Service
You must be legally eligible to use Treat in your jurisdiction. You agree to use Treat lawfully, keep your account secure, and provide accurate personal and business information.
Gifts and sales
Businesses set their own gift details, pricing, and availability. Sales are linked to buyer phone numbers and claim codes. Redemption may require scanning or entering a claim code. Treat does not guarantee completion, timing, or outcomes of any sale or redemption.
User responsibility
You are responsible for your account activity, gift details, and staff actions on your business account. Treat is not liable for losses caused by user error, incorrect gift terms, or actions by third parties.
Account actions
Treat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or pose legal or security risks.
Liability
Treat is provided as-is. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including missed redemptions or disputes between businesses and buyers.
Updates
These Terms may change from time to time. Continued use of Treat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
