Get the app
Treat gifts are sent and claimed in the mobile app. Download it, then open any gift link you were sent.
Claim a gift you received
Open the full Treat link from the person who sent it. In the app, verify your Rwanda phone number with the WhatsApp code. The gift then appears with a QR code for redemption.
Redeem at a business
Show your claim QR at checkout. Staff scan it in Treat. Each gift redeems once. Catalog voucher links are not redeemable on their own.

Business help
Create gifts, invite staff, sell or send Treats, and redeem from the Scan tab in the app. Team invites use a private link — open it on the phone that should join. For onboarding, see For Businesses.
